BRITEX has developed a Center for Design Excellence (CDE) dedicated to the design and development of new products with an emphasis on meetign world class standards and helping our customers push the frontiers with design assistance.
Our CDE is equipped with the most advanced software and technical prowess to meet your design challenges. Some of the softwares we employ include industry-leading softwares such as Solid Edge & UGS (NX5). Solid edge is the only mainstream mechanical system that merges design management capabilities with CAD tools and we leverage this to help you visualize your products with 3D digital prototypes and iterate for efficient innovation.
BRITEX also provides end to end services to clients, with design and manufacture of customized components/ assemblies for your specific needs. Our expertise lies in understanding material flow, forging techniques and machining options for any complex part / assembly, to ensure the most economical and efficient way of production, given our extensive experience in this industry.
- We have a well-qualified, experienced & equipped design team.
- We use the following software for Die design & development: 3-D modeling using Siemens NX™ (Unigraphics) Auto Cad (software for 2D Drawing)
- In-house Dies / Tooling manufacturing through a state-of-the-art Die Shop, consisting of CNC Machines.
- Dies / Tooling are inspected and subjected to a number of tests before release to production.
- As & When Required we out source for DEFORM™ simulation to optimize yield and die-design (1st Time Right. )
